Working Principle:
The mineral slurry enters the scrubber chamber through the feed pipe. Under the powerful agitation of the impeller, the slurry generates intense turbulence.
The mineral particles acquire significant kinetic energy within this turbulence, colliding and rubbing violently against each other.
The thin film of impurities coating the mineral particles, being relatively weak, is easily stripped from the mineral surface through friction and impact.
The cementation on mineral surfaces, after water immersion and subjected to intense mutual friction and collision between particles, also loosens and disintegrates, thereby achieving separation of clayey material from mineral particles.
These film impurities and clayey material disintegrate and flake off into the slurry. Subsequent desliming processes then separate the slurry.
