Working principle:
1.Simulates wet shaking table.
Under asymmetric reciprocating motion (longitudinal) and slight inclination (lateral), water flow washes the material. Mineral particles of varying densities and particle sizes move along distinct paths due to the combined effects of gravity, water flow force, bed surface friction, and inertia. This results in stratification on the bed surface, achieving the purpose of separation.
2. Simulates shaking bottle machine
A crank-connecting rod mechanism drives multiple conical flasks containing mineral slurry and reagents to perform regular oscillations, simulating the agitation and aeration conditions of industrial flotation machines.
