Copper flotation line
The principle of copper concentrate flotation is to utilize the difference in surface hydrophobicity between copper minerals and gangue minerals: by using a collector, copper minerals are hydrophobic and attached to bubbles to float up, while hydrophilic gangue settles. The main process is: ore crushing - grinding - reagent treatment (collector/foaming agent/regulator) - flotation machine separation - foam scraping, concentration and dehydration to obtain copper concentrate.

Copper leaching line
After heap leaching of oxidized copper ore with sulfuric acid, the leaching solution is neutralized with alkali to precipitate the copper as copper hydroxide, which is then used to make filter residue. The filter residue is then dissolved back with sulfuric acid to make a copper sulfate solution, and the conventional extraction electrodeposition process is carried out to produce copper.
